Meek Mill nearly ended up in a fight of his own while attending Gervonta Davis' win over Hector Luis Garcia on Saturday night in Washington.
The American rapper showed up to the event to support Tank in the main event, as well as talented welterweight Jaron Ennis who boxed on the undercard.
Also in attendance was former WBC featherweight world champion Gary Russell Jr, along with his boxing brothers who all live locally to the venue.
In the past, Russell Jr has had beef with Gervonta, although a fight between them is yet to materialise.
Therefore, he and his family were rooting against their fellow American on Saturday night.
It's understood that the Russells ended up in a war of words with Meek Mill, who was cheering in favour of Gervonta.
Midway through round eight tensions boiled over.
An altercation kicked off between the two parties with pushing and shoving at ringside visible on the live Showtime PPV broadcast.
Referee Albert Earl Brown even paused Gervonta's fight as a result of the dispute.
Thankfully though, the situation was resolved without any serious violence and Meek Mill decided to leave the building rather than take on a fight with a family of professional boxers.

The main event then resumed with Gervonta winning by stoppage in between rounds eight and nine.
Meek Mill tweeted not long later: "Congratulations Tankkk!!! I almost fought a boxer telling him this fight not going 12 rounds, I missed the big bomb!!!!
"I would never let no petty s*** escalate to let somebody movie run. I just walked away. I came to support Tank and Boots!!!!!! Good wins."
Giving an account of what happened, Showtime president Stephen Espinoza told Fight Hub: "We had different fan bases.
"We had the Russells, we had Meek Mill, we had a little bit of conflict.
"Everybody walked away with no problems. It was just a lot of yelling and pushing."
Davis now will likely go on to fight Ryan Garcia next after taking care of Hector Luis Garcia.
"A little surprised, but when I caught him, I knew he was hurt he was hurt bad," Davis said. "He's a fighter, so he didn't want to show it. I knew he was hurt, though."
